Palantir Technologies Inc. is a US-based company that specializes in mass surveillance, data integration, and analysis, for public and private clients, particularly various government, police, and military applications.[1] Palantir was founded in 2003 by the influential authoritarian and anti-democratic Peter Thiel, along with Alex Karp, Stephen Cohen, Joe Lonsdale, and Nathan Gettings. Thiel, Karp, and Cohen are now respectively the Chairman, CEO, and president of Palantir.[2]
